Ingredients

  • 1 mediumonion chopped
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 literwater
  • 3 mediumtomato sliced
  • 3 smallpepper
  • 10 smallkalamansi lemon
  • 10 smallrabbit fish
  • 1 quartgourd - diced
  • 1/4 cupscallions - finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Juice down kalamansi in a cup, put the chopped onion and set aside.

  2. 2

    Boil water with pepper. tomato and salt.

  3. 3

    Put the rabbit fish and simmer for two minutes.

  4. 4

    Put the diced gourd. Continue to simmer for another minute.

  5. 5

    Remove from fire and put kalamansi and chopped onion and scallions.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice to 5 persons.
