Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

put chiles to soak in water so that they become tender and easy to blend...leave them to soak while neck bones are cooking

  2. 2

now start by boiling neck bones in pot of water along with 2 garlic cloves and 2 tbs salt...boil for about an hour and a half....note: the longer u boil the more tender the meat.

  3. 3

once the neck bones are boiled add chiles to the blender with 3 garlic cloves 2 tbs salt and add milk...and blend for about 1 minute

  4. 4

once the chiles are blended run the sauce through a hand strainer over a bowl that way just the sauce runs through and discard the chiles that stay in the strainer

  5. 5

once all that is done then add sauce and corn starch to the neckbones and mix....note: DO NOT dump out any water cause this is what helps make the sauce....once finished let simmer for about 15 minutes and enjoy....

  6. 6

    can serve with rice;)
