1 dashsalt
1 tspoil
1egg
2 tbspflour
1 dashpepper
1shredded cheese
1sour cream

Combine all ingredients in a bowl besides oil and sour cream

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat

Cook on one side until well browned. then turn over and cook other side until well browned
