  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • Juice and rind from 1 lemon

    Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add flour until roux begins to thicken

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to lowest flame

  4. 4

    Add rind and juice

  5. 5

    Remove from heat immediately
