Ingredients

  1. 2 canpork & beans (28 oz total)
  2. 1/2 lbbacon, chopped
  3. 1 largeonion, diced
  4. 2 cupmushrooms, sliced
  5. 1 largebell pepper, chopped (green or red, your preference)
  6. 4 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 2 mediumtomatoes, diced
  8. 1 cupbrown sugar
  9. 1 cuppicante
  10. 1 canpineapple tidbits (8oz)
  11. 1 canDr. Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry bacon, drain grease, then saute vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
