4 bunchbananas
1/3 cupmelted butter
1beaten egg
1 tspbaking soda
1 pinchsalt
1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
1 tsppure vanilla
1/2 cupsugar

preheat oven to 350

mix butter and mashed bananas in a large bowl,add egg and vanilla

sprinkle in baking soda and salt mix together,add flour

pour batter in greased and lightly floured bundt pan or a 4x8 loaf pan

bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour

great with butter spread
