Ingredients
1 packages10 oz rotini
1 can6 oz tuna
1/2 cupparmesan cheese
1 tspfines herbs
1 cupgreen beans

cook pasta to al dente or desired tenderness

drain tuna, flake and add to pasta

add green beans, parmesan cheese, fines herbs. mix well.

using glass dish, microwave on high for 5 minutes

serve and enjoy

may also be served cold
