Chop chicken to desired size nuggets. Can use breasts or tenders.

Mix your eggs and milk together.

Crumble crackers to a fine powder. You could also substitute in bread crumbs. Italian bread crumbs work really well and add a little flavor.

Dip your chicken in flour, then egg wash (milk and eggs), and then dip in crackers or bread crumbs. I keep a grocery bag beside me and when the flour builds up on your fingers use the bag to pull off the flour on your hands so you can work easier again.

Fill a pan with your oil. Enough to submerge your chicken in. Heat until ready to be fried in. Try not to get oil to hot the breading will burn before the inside cooks.
