Steps

In a large saucepan, combine juice, food coloring and pectin. Bring to a full boil.

Add sugar and red hots. Stir until dissolved.

Return to a full boil and boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and skim off foam.

Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal with lids and process in boiling water bath.

Makes 7 pints.
