2 eachgreen bell pepper
8 eachfresh white corn
3 mediumVidalia onions
1 cupbaby Lima beans
1 cupokra
1 eachhot pepper
1/4 cupsugar
2 tbspsalt
2 cupwater

Pour boiling water over tomatoes to ease peeling. Remove after one minute

Peel, core, chop tomatoes
3

Finely chop onions, bell peppers, and hot pepper
4

Slice okra and cut corn from cob
5

Place all ingredients in large pot and bring to boil
6

Simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally
7

Serve with cornbread and freeze remaining soup in freezer bags
