Ingredients

  • 1 largeonion sliced
  • 2boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced thinly
  • 2green bell peppers sliced thin
  • 1olive oil
  • 1 tbspunsalted butter
  • 1 mediumgreen zuchini sliced
  • 1 mediumyellow squash sliced
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1cooked pasta of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown sliced chicken breasts in olive oil and butter

  2. 2

    Then add sliced onion and saute until onion starts to soften

  3. 3

    Then add in yellow squash and green zucchini and green peppers

  4. 4

    Cook to desired tenderness and serve over pasta of your choice
