Preheat oven to 400°F

Prepare ground meat as directed by taco seasoning packet

In a large bowl, mix meat, tomatoes and corn and pour into an ungreased 13×9×2 pan

Top meat and veggie mix, evenly, with shredded cheese

In a separate bowl, combine jiffy mix, cream corn, milk and egg. Mix well, pour and spread over shredded cheese

Bake approx 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

Cut, serve with a nice heart of romaine salad and enjoy!
