  1. 2 packagesRice pilaf
  2. 2 lbPork sausage
  3. 6Celery ribs, chopped
  4. 4 mediumCarrots, sliced
  5. 1 canCondensed cream of chicken soup
  6. 1 canCondensed cream of mushroom soup
  7. 2 tspOnion powder
  8. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  9. 1/4 tspPepper

    Prepare rice mixes according to package directions

  2. 2

    In a large skillet, cook the sausage, celery, and carrots over medium heat until meat is no longer pink

  3. 3

    Drain

  4. 4

    In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture, rice, soups, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper

  5. 5

    Transfer to 2 greased 11x7x2 baking dishes

  6. 6

    Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months

  7. 7

    Cover and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until veggies are tender

  8. 8

    For frozen casserole thaw in fridge overnight remove 30 minutes prior to baking
