In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture, rice, soups, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper

Transfer to 2 greased 11x7x2 baking dishes

Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months

Cover and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until veggies are tender

For frozen casserole thaw in fridge overnight remove 30 minutes prior to baking
