5 slicecheese
10 tbspmayonnaise
10 smallbags of chips
10servings of fruit
10gogurts
10cookies
10juice boxes

Prepare each sandwich, remembering to put condiments in between meat and cheese too.

Wrap each sandwich in clingwrap. place them all back in the bread bag, seal and freeze.

Arrange the rest of the ingredients into 10 individual servings and refrigerate.

on school mornings, grab one frozen sandwich, one serving of sides, place in lunch box, and go!
