Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbutter, softened well and at room temp.
  2. 2/3 cupberries, fresh or frozen (I like raspberries, but have used strawberries)
  3. 4 tbspconfectioners' sugar
  4. 1 dashlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Gently mix all ingredients to an even and smooth consistency. Chill briefly before serving, and refrigerate any leftovers.

    Goes very well on any warm sweet bread. My dad loves this on pancakes and waffles.
