  • 1 1/2 cupSelf Rising Flour
  • 2 cupIce Cream, softened, any flavor. Do not use low fat or no fat ice cream.

    Mix ice cream and flour thoroughly, *ice cream can be softened or melted*

  2. 2

    Spread out in loaf pan evenly.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
