2 cupIce Cream, softened, any flavor. Do not use low fat or no fat ice cream.

Mix ice cream and flour thoroughly, *ice cream can be softened or melted*

Spread out in loaf pan evenly.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
