  2. 1/2 cupTony Creole's blackening seasoning
  3. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil

    Cover both sides of tilapia with blackening seasoning.

    Heat skillet with oil on medium heat

  3. 3

    Place fillets in skillet and heat for five to seven minutes on each side until crispy.
