preheat oven to 325* mix together first 3 ingredients & press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan, chill

beat cream cheese on medium in large bowl about 2 minutes, blend in sugar then flour. on low beat in eggs one at a time, scraping sides often. blend in sour cream, zest & vanilla. pour over crust

bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. turn off oven, leave inside another hour, keeping door ajar. transfer to wire rack & cool completely. run knife around edge & chill for at least 6-8 hours

remove sides of pan & slide onto serving plate. overlap strawberries in little circles on top & fill centers with raspberries
