It's a bit of work, but really quite excellent. My oldest daughter requests this all the time.

Place beef, spice packet (comes with beef), onion and celery in a large pot.

Cover beef with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours.

Drain beef, discarding veggies and spice pack.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover a shallow baking dish (8x11) with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray. Place beef brisket on foil.

In saucepan, melt butter. Stir in remaining glaze ingredients. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over beef, keeping some sauce for dipping.

Bake, uncovered at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
