  • 250 gramsbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 cupself-raising flour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1dried cranberries
  • 1white chocolate bits

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and add to sugar and sifted flour.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs, add to mixture with vanilla.

  3. 3

    Add chocolate chips and cranberries (as many as you like).

  4. 4

    Form mixture into small balls and press onto a greased tray.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°F celsius until golden brown. Approx. 15 mins.
