  1. 1/2 cupRicer cooker steamed short grain brown rice
  2. 1/2 cupSplenda
  3. 2/3 tbspVanilla extract
  4. 8 ozSoy milk
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 1 tspKosher salt

  1. 1

    Add water and rice to rice cooker. Cook to completion.

  2. 2

    Add soy milk to blender. Add kosher salt, cinnamon, and Splenda. Mix well to dissolve salt.

  3. 3

    Add soy milk mixture, cook to 150°F, stirring often.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and cool, adding vanilla and mixing well.
