  • 200 gramsFlour
  • 2Chillies
  • 1Lime
  • 200 gramsMayo

  1. 1

    Prep the calamari pull the body put and slice the top part in to strips

  2. 2

    Put them in the flour , egg bread crumbs and deep fry them till brown

  3. 3

    Put the zest of lemon and the juice in the mayo with the chopped up chillie blend and place on the plate
