Preheat oven at 450°F. Put random holes in your potato with a fork for easier baking. put on foil, drizzle with salt, pepper and olive oil.put in the oven for 1 hour.

chop Bacon into small bits. fry in a small amount of oil until reaching the desired color and crispness.

In another pan, put the butter, 2 tbsp of sour cream, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

stir, bring to boil and let it cool.

once the potatoes are done, put a cross slit across the top, up to the middle part, wide enough to put the stuffing in.

put as much bacon as desired inside.

before it becomes full, put sauce, and then some of the remaining sour cream

top with bacon and grated cheese

put back in the oven for 15 minutes.
