Extremely easy to make and tastes amazingly delicious. Can be served with hasselback potatoes or veggies or fried almonds.

Marinate the prawns for 20 mins with garlic, lemon, olive oil and salt. For best results marinate for 1 hour or more.

In a pan, add butter on high flame and then add in the prawns. Keep stirring so both sides are cooked properly. Cook on high heat for 3 to 5 mins or till the prawns change color to pink or white.

I prepared hasselback potatoes to serve with the prawns. They add flavor to the dish. However , you can decide to make any sideline you wish.
