preheat oven to 450

in seperate bowl combine your flour,baking powder, sugar,salt.

cut in shortning (i used butter) until resembles course crumbs.

in a smaller bowl add your milk and egg and whisk until.combined

then your gonna add ur egg/milk mixture until your dry ingrediants are moistened and your dough will forms into the ball. Your not gonna use all the wet mixture

put your dough on a well floured surface and knead it exactly 20times
- 7
roll to 3/4in thickness and cut them out with a biscuit cutter (i used a cup) and put them on a lightly greased sheet

bake for 8-10 mins. on the last two mins i put a bit of butter on the tops so itd brown better but you dont have too

enjoy you now thick fluffy biscuits!!
