200° oven. Line tin with pastry.

Layer Bacon, potatoes, herbs, salt & pepper.

Crack eggs into dish to cover potatoes. Whisk 2 eggs and pour on. Make lattice top of pastry

15 mins at high heat. Then 30-40 mins at 180°
