Preheat oven to 160•c

Melt chocolate in a pan

In a large bowl, mash the banana

Add chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cocoa powder

Sieve the caster sugar and mix well

Sieve in the flour and mix
- 7
Pour mixture into a brownie tin
- 8
Bake for about 30 mins or until when the knife is inserted and it is clean
