    cut leeks into 3 inches length and finely julienne the leeks

  2. 2

    Bring pot to a boil the deep fry leek till lightly brown and crispy then drain

    Keep 1 cup of fried leeks in the 2 cups of oil and soak it

    It's ready to be use as usual

    FRIED LEEKS CAN BE USED AS GARNISH
