Walnut Filled Cinnamon Rolls.

I wanted to eat a sweet bread, so I made this recipe. I love cinnamon rolls with walnuts in them. I used roasted walnuts because when you eat them, it gives the rolls a unique scent.
As for how to make the base sweet bread dough, please take a look at the recipe listed in the ingredients. I recommend using walnuts roasted walnuts if you can. You can roast them in the oven at 140℃ for 15 minutes. When you are rolling the dough, if it's too hard, you can break it in two to make it easier to handle. Recipe by Yukiline

Steps
- 1
Once the base sweet bread dough has finished the first rising, punch down the dough. Roll it into a round shape, and then cover it with a moistened and then tightly wrung out towel. Let it rest for 20 minutes after that.
- 2
Mix together the A) ingredients. Finely chop the walnuts. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. (About 25cm x 45cm)
- 3
On top of the dough, spread out the combined A) ingredients, and then sprinkle the walnuts. You put the walnuts in now, not after you have finished rolling it up.
- 4
Starting from the bottom, roll up the dough and make sure that you close it tightly. Next, cut it into equal parts.
- 5
Spray water on the dough and let the dough rise again for 20 minutes.
- 6
Spray water on the dough once again and then bake them for 10-12 minutes in your preheated to 200℃ oven.
- 7
Take the granulated sugar (or powdered sugar) and add water a little bit at a time until it becomes a paste-like icing.
- 8
Once they have cooled, decorate with the icing and it's done!
