Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1/4 cuppowder milk
  3. 1/2 cupwheat germ
  4. 2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 1 cupbrown sugar
  8. 3 tspcinnamon
  9. 1/2 tspnut meg
  10. 1 cupoil
  11. 3eggs beaten
  12. 3 tspvanilla
  13. 2 cupzucchini seeds removed, grate everything including the skin
  14. 1 cupchopped walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    bake in 2 well greased loaf pans at 350°F. for 45 to 60 min.

  3. 3

    you can use 5 small loaf pans as well

well I love boating, camping, playing hockey, anything out doors. I really enjoy finding good recipes and making them for my friends and family, nothing more rewarding than cooking on the grill with a beverage in your hand and the sun.
