Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lbshredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 tsp(taco) seasoning
  • 8flour tortillas
  • 1cooking spray
  • 1shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
  • 1green onions for garnish
  • 1sour cream
  • 1salsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 350

  2. 2

    Stir together cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and seasoning. Fold in chicken.

  3. 3

    Divide among flour tortillas. Tuck in sides and roll up each tortilla.

  4. 4

    Lay seam side down in a sprayed with cooking spray 9 x 13 baking dish. Spray tops of tortillas with cooking spray.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for 15 min.

  6. 6

    Turn chimis over and bake for additional 15 min.

  7. 7

    Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.
