Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 10 ozCarne asada (Cooked from grill or raw if you like)
  • 2 mediumPatatos (Diced)
  • 3Medoum Carrots
  • 2Purple cabbage leaves
  • 1 mediumLemon
  • 1 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cupShreded mozzarella cheese
  • 1Your choice seasonings (I got black pepper and lemom pepper for mine c: )

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and dice your potatos and cut your carrots in circles

  2. 2

    Get your meat and cut it in ti bite size pices

  3. 3

    After cutting your meat season it with your spices and add a bit of lemon juice for even more flavor

  4. 4

    Now rip or cut your cabbage in to small pieces

  5. 5

    Heat pan to medoum heat

  6. 6

    Put in the olive oil and let it sit until you see small bubbles

  7. 7

    Put in the carrots and potatos and let them cook for about 10-15 minutes on medoum heat with a lid on pan

  8. 8

    After they have cooked add some of your seasoning in to give it flavor

  9. 9

    Add in cabbage and seasoned meat in to pan

  10. 10

    Cover and let it finish cooking for another 5-10 minutes

  11. 11

    After that add your cheese and your sll done!!!! c:
