Popeye Pasta - Made in One Frying Pan

Spa-Fry (Spaghetti Using Only One Fry Pan) Series #8.
I don't order anything else when we go to my favorite pasta restaurant! My husband and daughter love this pasta.
I wanted to eat it at home, so I made this recipe.
It would also taste good if you wanted to add chili pepper or mushrooms. In Step 8, if you stir in some olive oil after it's finished, it will become more of an oily pasta. I made the omelette in the microwave, but of course you can make it in a frying pan. For 1 serving. Recipe by Nekozame
Steps
- 1
Smash the garlic with a knife and mince. Diagonally slice the wiener sausages. Wash the spinach and cut into 5 cm long pieces.
- 2
Heat olive oil in the frying pan and saute the garlic. Once the garlic has become fragrant, add the sausages and briskly stir-fry.
- 3
Add the ● ingredients to Step 2. When it begins to boil, add in the broken in half pasta. Cook for 1 minute on medium heat while continuously stirring so that the noodles don't stick and burn.
- 4
Cook for 1 minute less than what the pasta package says. Cover with a lid and let it cook with its own heat.
- 5
While the pasta is steaming, make the omelette topping. Line a deep bowl with plastic wrap (this makes it easier to shape after it's cooked) and mix in the ☆ ingredients well.
- 6
Microwave uncovered in a 600W microwave for 40 seconds. Take it out once and stir, then microwave again at 600W for 20 seconds.
- 7
I recommend stopping heating it once it has become about half-cooked. Remove it from the microwave and fold it in half so that it resembles an omelette.
- 8
Remove the lid from the frying pan. Untangle the noodles, add the spinach, and turn on the heat. Cook on high heat to evaporate the excess water and to cook the spinach completely.
- 9
Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange the pasta on a plate and top with the omelette. Then it's done.
