Steps

Place the chocolate pieces into i heatproof bowl and set aside till needed .

Combine the honey , milk and the cream into a small saucepan , over low heat , and bring to a simmer , then take the saucepan off the heat .

Once saucepan is taken off the heat pour the cream honey mixture over the chocolate pieces in the heatproof bowl and stir until the chocolate has all melted and smooth .

Now stir in the cubed butter bits and pour into a heatproof jug and set aside to cool slightly .

Serve hot as a hot chocolate Sauce or let cool for a cool chocolate Sauce . Enjoy . :-) .
