Great topping on grilled steak, chicken breast, salmon, tuna...etc. A nice, healthy alternative to your everyday sauces. Ingredients are flexible. Add more or less depending on your preference.

Great topping on grilled steak, chicken breast, salmon, tuna...etc. A nice, healthy alternative to your everyday sauces. Ingredients are flexible. Add more or less depending on your preference.
Steps

Wash and dice tomatoes, mangos, bell peppers, red onions and cilantro.

Add diced tomato, bell pepper, red onion and cilantro into a mixing bowl. Do not add diced mango.

Add lime juice, sea salt and peppercorn.
- 4
Once salsa taste is to your liking, let the salsa sit for an hour.
- 5
Drain the juice from the salsa. I like to keep it on the side for other uses.

Last but not least, add diced mango into the salsa.
