Ingredients

  1. Prep
  2. 1Rice
  3. 1lb. Turkey or Chicken cutlets, sliced up
  4. 6cups fresh Vegetables, cut up. Broccoli, pepper, onion, snowpea. mushroom, or any other.
  5. Sauce
  6. 1/2cup Chicken broth
  7. 2tbl. chopped Garlic
  8. 1tbl. chopped Ginger
  9. 2tbl. Rice wine vineger
  10. 1/4cup Soy sauce
  11. 1tbl. Sesame oil
  12. 3tbl. packed Brown sugar
  13. 2tbl. Hoisen sauce or honey
  14. 1tsp. Red pepper flakes
  15. 1tsp. Black pepper
  16. 1bunch Green onions, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Start your rice.

    Prep ingredients and make a slurry of cornstarch and water (keep separate).

  3. 3

    Cook meat in 1 tsp. Oil on high heat till pink is gone. Add sauce, bring to boil, set aside.

    Stir fry vegs. in large saucpan on high heat in 1 tbl. oil until just beginning to soften.

  5. 5

    Add meat mixture to vegs. Bring to boil. Add slurry a 1/4 cup at a time until desired thickness.

    Serve with rice.
