Ingredients

  • Prep
  • 1Rice
  • 1lb. Turkey or Chicken cutlets, sliced up
  • 6cups fresh Vegetables, cut up. Broccoli, pepper, onion, snowpea. mushroom, or any other.
  • Sauce
  • 1/2cup Chicken broth
  • 2tbl. chopped Garlic
  • 1tbl. chopped Ginger
  • 2tbl. Rice wine vineger
  • 1/4cup Soy sauce
  • 1tbl. Sesame oil
  • 3tbl. packed Brown sugar
  • 2tbl. Hoisen sauce or honey
  • 1tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • 1tsp. Black pepper
  • 1bunch Green onions, sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Start your rice.

  2. 2

    Prep ingredients and make a slurry of cornstarch and water (keep separate).

    Cook meat in 1 tsp. Oil on high heat till pink is gone. Add sauce, bring to boil, set aside.

  4. 4

    Stir fry vegs. in large saucpan on high heat in 1 tbl. oil until just beginning to soften.

    Add meat mixture to vegs. Bring to boil. Add slurry a 1/4 cup at a time until desired thickness.

    Serve with rice.
