heat oil in frying pan on medium heat for about 4 minutes

slice plantain in any shape you want and sprinkle with salt

drop in plantian but not too much as not temperature of oil will come down

fry for 3 minute (depending on the thickness you sliced them to)

serve with peanut or any nut of your choice....delicious with source as well.
