I started experimenting with smoothies because there is no way I would consume this many vegetables and fruits in one meal otherwise. It's still about taste first for me. All of my smoothies are pleasing . . . at least to my tastes.

2 smallCarrots peeled
1celery stalk cut in fourths
1cucumber peeled and cut in half
1/2apple cored and peeled
5 largeFresh frozen strawberries
