I got the idea of this recipe from cookpad and since it's the last week of Lent, I decided to cook a non-meat spaghetti. I love onion and spring onion so maybe I put them too much.

Ingredients

  2. 5spring onion. chopped
  3. cheese
  4. Sauce
  5. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  6. 4 clovegarlic. chopped
  7. 2tomato
  8. 50 gramswhite beech mushroom. chopped
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspsugar
  11. 1/2 pieceOnion
  12. 1/2 slicered paprika. chopped
  13. 6 tbsptomato sauce
  14. Spaghetti
  15. 200 gramsdried spaghetti
  16. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 2 tbs of vegetable oil and put all base ingredients, starts from onion, garlic, etc

    Put tomatoes, add tomato sauce or tomato paste. Leave until the tomatoes blend well.

    Meanwhile, boil water and add 2 tbs of olive oil. Put spaghetti and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste

    Put them together into a plate, add cheese and chopped spring onion

    Blend well and enjoy!
