Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 lbBeef stew meat
  2. 1 smallOnion
  3. 2 can10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  4. 2 cupOf water
  5. 3 cupRice

Steps

  1. 1

    Season beef tips to liking with any preferred

  2. 2

    Dice onion and put in a crockpot with beef tips and the water for 3-4 hours

  3. 3

    Once meat is tender and has made a gravy, add cans of mushroom soup, stir and put back on for another hour to thicken up

  4. 4

    During that hour go ahead and make your rice
