Ingredients

  1. 1lobster 3/4- 1 pound
  2. 1/2 pintswater seasoned with old bay seasoning 2 tablespoons
  3. 1/4 cupghee/butter
  4. 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder

  1. 1

    preheat oven 450°F Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    in a steaming pot steam lobster 14 minute take lobster out cut in half sprinkle garlic powder on the meat add butter or ghee
