Ingredients

  • 6 largepotatoes
  • 2 1/2 tbspghee
  • 8spring onions
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1sour cream to taste
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel wash and chop potatoes add to pan with ghee

    When ghee melts add half a cup of water

  3. 3

    Cook till water is gone Add spices and chopped onions

    Let cook in the ghee getting crunchy browned semi mash the potatoes add to bowl add sour cream enjoy

    Note rhe ghee wont evaporate and will stay in pan after the water is gone you will be frying the potatoes in ghee
