  2. 3/4 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. 3/4 cupflour
  4. 1 cupoats
  5. 2 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 1 tbspgrated orange rind
  8. 1eggn beaten
  9. 1 cuplight sour cream
  10. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  11. 3/4 cuporange juice
  12. 3/4 cupgolden raisins
  13. Topping
  14. 1/4 cupoats
  15. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  16. 1 tbspgrated orange rind
  17. 1 tbspmelted butter

    preheat oven to 400. spray 18 med. muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper liners

  2. 2

    combine flours, oats, baking powder, sugar and orange rind in lg. bowl and mix well. combine egg, sour cream, vegetable oil, and orange juice in med. bowl and mix well. add all at once to dry ingredients. mix only until blended. gently stir in raisins. spoon batter into prepared muffin cups until almost full.

    for topping, combine oats, brown sugar, orange rind and butter in a sml. bowl and mix well. sprinkle over muffin batter, divding evenly and patting gently.

    bake 20-25 min
