  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbcarrots peeled chopped
  • 3stalks celery washed and chopped

    in a deep pan render the hog jowls add vegetables and spice cove cook till tender
