Ingredients

  1. 1 boxpenne pasta
  2. 1 cansan marzano plum tomatoes with basil
  3. 1 cupitalian bread crumbs
  4. 1eggs
  5. 2 tbspcrushed garlic
  6. 2 tbspolive oil
  7. 1 cupheavy cream
  8. 1 lbground beef
  9. 1pepper
  10. 1salt
  11. 1garlic salt
  12. 1italian seasoning
  13. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water then add penne pasta and cookies as directed on box

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl combine ground beef, 1 Tbsp crushed garlic, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and egg. Mix well and form the size of meatballs you desire.

    Place in lightly greased baking pan. Cook for 25 minutes at °325

  4. 4

    In pan sautee remaining garlic in olive oil. When lightly brown add tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.

  5. 5

    Add heavy cream and simmer for ten minutes. Add meatballs and Penn pasta simmer for ten minutes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve and top with parmesan cheese
