  • 6green peppers
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1egg
  • 1 cuprice
  • 28 ozcanned tomatoes

  1. 1

    cut peppers in half and remove seeds

  2. 2

    combine ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, egg and rice. stuff into peppers

  3. 3

    place into slow cooker. pour tomatoes on top

  4. 4

    cook on high for 4-5 hours
