  1. 1tin of tuna, drained
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 2oranges, peeled and segmented
  4. 2 tbspsour cream
  5. 1 1/2 tbspmayonnaise
  6. 1a handful of pecans, chopped
  7. 1 tspground ginger
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the rice.

    Combine the tuna, orange segments, mayonnaise, pecans, ginger, lemon juice, and seasoning.

    Mix well and serve over a bed of rice.
