Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1tin of tuna, drained
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbspsour cream
  • 1 1/2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1a handful of pecans, chopped
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

    Boil the rice.

    Combine the tuna, orange segments, mayonnaise, pecans, ginger, lemon juice, and seasoning.

    Mix well and serve over a bed of rice.
