3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
1 tbspflour
1/4 cupchili powder
2 cupvegetable stock
10 oztomato paste
1 tsporegano
1 tspground cumin
1/2 tspsalt

Heat oil add flour. Smooth and stir with spoon

Add chili powder and cook for 30 seconds

Add stock and tomato paste oregano and cumin. Stir to combine bring to boil reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 minutes.
