Prepare meat and vegetables for stir frying

Begin boiling water for noodles

Heat veg oil in medium skillet over med/hi heat, add ginger and sauté, add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink or about 5 mins

Remove chicken, add all vegetables and cook 5-7 mins, cook noodles, add sesame oil to prepared noodles

Mix together sauce, pour over vegetables and chicken, heat util thoroughly hot
